Lake Country Health

With community, for community, we're building
a healthier Lake Country

At Lake Country Health, we believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to live a healthy, active, and connected life.

As a registered charity serving the beautiful community of Lake Country, British Columbia, we are dedicated to improving the health and well-being of people of all ages through accessible programs, education, and community support.

Who We Serve
Young Hands Holding Old Hands

Caring for someone else starts with caring for yourself. Our caregiver programs provide support groups, counselling, education, and resources to help caregivers feel supported, connected, and confident in their caregiving journey. Whether you're caring for a family member or a friend, we're here to ensure you don't have to do it alone.

Supporting older adults in living safely, independently, and with dignity is at the heart of what we do. Our services, including light housekeeping, meal programs, wellness activities, and community connections, help make everyday living easier while promoting health, independence, and quality of life. Whether you need extra support or opportunities to stay active and connected, we're here to help.

Mental health is an important part of overall well-being. We offer grief support groups, referrals to community resources, and programs that provide connection, encouragement, and hope for individuals facing mental health challenges. Whatever you're going through, you don't have to face it alone.
