Aging in Motion
Helping you get where you need to go.
Aging in Motion provides transportation support to help older adults stay independent, attend important appointments, access essential services and remain connected to their community.
Because being able to get where you need to go is an important part of staying independent.

More than a ride
Transportation can become more difficult as we age. When getting around becomes a barrier, people can miss appointments, have difficulty getting groceries or become less connected to friends, activities and their community. Aging in Motion helps reduce those barriers by providing accessible, community-based transportation support.
Medical Appointments
Get to important health and medical appointments.
Groceries & Essentials
Access groceries, pharmacies and other essential services.
Community Activities
Stay involved in activities, groups and events that matter to you.
Social Connection

Other Eligible Trips
Transportation may be available for other approved needs, depending on program guidelines and availability.
