Education & Community Workshops
Learning is an important part of supporting mental health and overall well-being. At Lake Country Health, our Community Speakers & Wellness Workshops are held every one to two months and provide opportunities for people to come together, explore a variety of health and wellness topics, and gain practical knowledge and skills they can use in their everyday lives.
What You Can Expect
Our speakers and workshops provide opportunities to:
-
Learn about a variety of mental health, wellness, and community topics.
-
Develop practical tools and strategies to support everyday well-being.
-
Connect with local experts, organizations, and other community members.
-
Explore new ideas in a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive environment.
These sessions are free to attend, making them accessible to all members of the community. While many workshops are drop-in, some events may require advance registration due to limited space. Registration details will be shared with each event announcement.
