Systems Navigation

Finding the right support shouldn’t feel overwhelming.

Navigating community services, healthcare systems, and available resources can be confusing—especially when you’re already managing the responsibilities of caregiving. Sometimes, simply knowing where to start can make all the difference.

Our Community Resource & Systems Navigation support is available to both Caregiver Support Program participants and community members who may not currently be connected with other Lake Country Health programs.

Helping You Find a Place to Start

We can help you explore the services and resources that may be available to you throughout Vernon, Lake Country, Kelowna, and West Kelowna.

Whether you’re unsure which organization to contact, having difficulty navigating a particular system, or looking for resources to support yourself or someone you care for, we can help you identify possible next steps.

Support may include:

  • Exploring community programs and services that may fit your needs

  • Helping you understand where and how to access support

  • Connecting you with local organizations and resources

  • Troubleshooting challenges or barriers you may encounter along the way

  • Helping you determine a practical next step when you’re unsure where to begin

You Don’t Have to Figure It Out Alone

You don’t need to already be involved with Lake Country Health to reach out. Our goal is to make navigating local services feel a little less complicated and help connect you with the information and resources you need to move forward.

Not sure where to start? Reach out to us and we’ll help point you in the right direction.
