Youth Mental Health
At Lake Country Health, our youth programs are designed to empower young people by providing safe, inclusive, and supportive spaces where they can connect, learn, and grow. We recognize that every young person deserves opportunities to build confidence, develop healthy relationships, and strengthen their mental, emotional, and social well-being.
Through engaging activities and community partnerships, our programs aim to reduce barriers to support, foster resilience, and create meaningful connections. Whether youth are looking to develop new skills, meet peers, or explore their interests, our programs are here to help them thrive.

Y Mind Teens - YMCA
Lake Country Health is proud to partner with the YMCA of the Okanagan to offer Y Mind Teen, a free mental wellness program that helps youth build practical coping skills and strengthen their emotional wellbeing through evidence-based learning and peer connection. Through interactive activities and guided discussions, participants develop practical tools to manage stress, build resilience, and navigate everyday challenges with greater confidence.
