About the Event
This online version of Active Agers is a low intensity exercise class for seniors in the Lake Country community. We start by warming up, then begin our cardio exercises, followed by resistance band strength training and concluding with a cool down and a short health article and discussion.
Resistance bands are all that are needed (and are available through Lake Country Health - just ask). We also provide tablets on loan if needed, and training is available on using the tablets.
