Active Agers Exercise for Seniors

About the Event
Active Agers is a low intensity exercise class for seniors in the Lake Country community. We start by warming up, then begin our cardio exercises, followed by resistance band strength training and concluding with a cool down and a short health article and discussion.
What to bring: Water, resistance band, comfortable clothing and shoes and a face mask.
Social distancing measures are in place (face mask and hand sanitizing is available).
