Mental Health

Every Mind Matters. Every Journey Counts.

At Lake Country Health, we believe that strong communities support strong mental health. Our programs are designed to reduce barriers to support, foster meaningful social connections, and create safe, welcoming spaces where people feel heard, valued, and supported. Through peer support, group programs, community education, and partnerships with local organizations, we help people build resilience, strengthen relationships, and improve their overall wellbeing.

Our Services

Our offerings include a Grief Peer Support Group, Guided Hiking Group, Walk & Talk Group, Youth programs, and Mental Health Navigation services. Each program is designed to provide compassionate support, encourage connection, and help individuals access the resources they need.

Whether you're navigating grief, looking to connect with others, or seeking guidance in finding mental health services, we're here to walk alongside you every step of the way.
