Join Kali for some fun cardio exercises, as well as some resistance band exercises, to maintain strength and balance in our everyday lives. Sit or stand. Exercise band required but can be provided.

About the Event
Join us for a weekly remote exercise class. This online version is a low intensity exercise class for seniors in the Lake Country community. We start by warming up, then begin our cardio exercises, followed by resistance band strength training and concluding with a cool down and a short health article and discussion.
