About the Event

We welcome Theresa Buchner from the Seniors Health and Wellness Institute of BC back to our program. Theresa will be presenting on how important Staying Connected with others is to our mental wellbeing. We will also be discussing how, for many of us, this may have been difficult to do during the pandemic. And we can share ways we have become creative in meeting our needs as social beings.
